Matricaria recutita Flower 2000mg
(German chamomile)
Passiflora incarnata Fruiting and flowering herb 500mg
(Passionflower)
Eschscholtzia californica Whole Plant 50mg
(Californian Poppy)
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
Milk powder (containing lactose), malt (containing gluten) and nature identical flavours. No yeast, artificial colours, or preservatives.

Directions

Take 1-2 servings per day before bed, or as needed.
Adults: Stir two heaped teaspoons (12g) into a cup of hot or cold milk or water.
Children: Stir one heaped teaspoon (6g) into a cup of hot or cold milk or water.

Cautions

If you suffer from allergies to plants of the Compositae family (a large group including such flowers as daisies, ragweed, asters and chrysanthemums), you may wish to be cautious about using chamomile at first.
Caution: Diabetics as contains sugar
