Menopur Directions

Follow the directions for using Menopur 75unit Solution provided by your doctor. Menopur 75unit Solution is usually administered as an injection at your doctor's office, hospital, or clinic. Menopur 75unit Solution is sometimes used at home as an injection. IF YOU ARE USING MENOPUR 75UNIT SOLUTION AT HOME, a healthcare professional will provide detailed instructions for its appropriate use. Ask your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist any questions that you may have about your medicine or giving injections. WASH YOUR HANDS with soap and water before using Menopur 75unit Solution. MENOPUR 75UNIT SOLUTION MUST BE MIXED with the diluent provided before use. After adding the diluent, gently swirl the contents of the vial to mix the medicine. DO NOT SHAKE. If the medicine contains particles or is discolored after mixing or if the vial is cracked or damaged in any way, do not use it. WHEN DRAWING A DOSE INTO A SYRINGE, be sure to follow the procedure demonstrated to you to prevent contamination of the vial, syringe, or medicine. Menopur Cautions

DO NOT USE MENOPUR 75UNIT SOLUTION if you have had an allergic reaction to it or are allergic to any ingredient in this product. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSE or take Menopur 75unit Solution for longer than prescribed without checking with your doctor. Laboratory and/or medical tests, including a physical examination, blood hormone levels, and ovarian ultrasounds may be performed to monitor your progress or to check for side effects. KEEP ALL DOCTOR AND LABORATORY APPOINTMENTS while you are taking Menopur 75unit Solution. Because of the risk of severe side effects, a health care professional will monitor you for at least two weeks after you use Menopur 75unit Solution. YOU MAY BECOME PREGNANT WITH MORE THAN ONE CHILD if the use of Menopur 75unit Solution results in pregnancy. Menopur 75unit Solution may cause dizziness. DO NOT DRIVE, OPERATE MACHINERY, OR DO ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS until you know how you react to Menopur 75unit Solution. Using Menopur 75unit Solution alone, with other medicine, or with alcohol may lessen your ability to drive or to perform other potentially dangerous tasks. BEFORE YOU BEGIN TAKING ANY NEW MEDICINE, either prescription or over-the-counter, check with your doctor or pharmacist. FOR WOMEN: DO NOT USE MENOPUR 75UNIT SOLUTION if you are pregnant. IF YOU SUSPECT THAT YOU COULD BE PREGNANT, contact your doctor immediately. IT IS UNKNOWN IF MENOPUR 75UNIT SOLUTION IS EXCRETED in breast milk. IF YOU ARE OR WILL BE BREAST-FEEDING while you are using Menopur 75unit Solution, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.

Menopur Side Effects

SIDE EFFECTS that may occur while using Menopur 75unit Solution include headache; nausea; vomiting; diarrhea; back pain; dizziness; or pain, swelling, or redness at the injection site. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you experience irregular menstrual periods or flu-like symptoms (such as fever, chills, or sore throat). CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY if you experience stomach pain, swelling, or cramps; severe pelvic pain; severe or persistent nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; unexplained weight gain; shortness of breath; chest pain; decrease in the amount of urine you produce; pain, tenderness, redness, or swelling of the leg; severe headache; one-sided weakness; or slurred speech. An allergic reaction to Menopur 75unit Solution is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
