Opti CoQ10 Directions

ADULTS: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily or as professionally advised.
Therapeutic doses range from a maintenance dose of 50mg daily to 80mg taken three times daily (240mg/day).

Pregnancy, nursing mothers, or during early childhood — Very little information is available on how coenzyme Q-10 might affect a developing fetus, an infant, or a small child. Therefore, its use is not recommended during pregnancy, while nursing, or during early childhood.
CoQ10 is safe to take with diabetic medication. Treatment is well tolerated and does not interfere with glycemic control, therefore CoQ10 may be used as adjunctive therapy in patients with associated cardiovascular diseases, diabetes Type 1 and Type 2.
People on Warfarin therapy should not take CoQ10 without medical advice.
