How to Order from, a Licensed Canadian Prescription Referral Service

  1. Find your prescription drugs

    1. Type the name of the drug you want in the search box on the top right-hand side of our website.

  2. Add your drugs to the cart

    1. Locate the appropriate strength of the medication on the search results page and select the desired quantity from the drop down menu.
    2. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout

    1. The item just added appears in your cart.
    2. Click on "Continue Shopping" if you want to add more medications to your order.
    3. You can click on "Check Out" at any time to start processing your order.

  4. Log In

    1. You will be prompted to "Sign In" or "Set up My Account".

    2. Using your username and password and click "Sign In". Otherwise, set up an account.

  5. Tell us how we will receive your drug prescription(s)

    1. If you have prescription drugs in your order you will be asked to select the option which best describes how you will forward us your prescription(s). Click the blue arrow next to the option which is applicable to you.

  6. Enter your shipping information

    1. Enter your shipping address and phone number.
    2. Once entered click "Submit".

  7. Select a payment method

    1. Select the method of payment you would like to use.

  8. Confirm your order

    1. Review the order including medication strength(s), quantity and order total.
    2. Once confirmed click "Place Order".

  9. Congratulations! You're done.

    1. Your order has now been sent to Please take note of your order number provided.
    2. If you are sending us a copy of your prescription, such as by fax or email, please also mail us the original drug prescription. A fax from your doctor is considered an original prescription.
